Cambridge Endowment for Research in Finance (CERF)

The Cambridge - Corporate Finance Theory Symposium 2022 will take place in a hybrid format (unless otherwise notified). We anticipate that all the speakers, discussants, and the keynote speaker will be present in person, Covid-permitting. The presentations will be also made available online (via Zoom Webinar).

For further information and for the programme, please see our CERF Symposium webpage.

In-person attendance (please book a ticket here)

To attend both 16 and 17 September you need to book separate tickets for each day.

Attendees will cover the cost of their own travel and accommodation. All attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements to Cambridge, UK. The event itself is free-of-charge.

For up-to-date information regarding COVID-19, please see the Moller Centre's website.

Online attendance (please book a ticket here)

This booking will allow you to attend online on both 16 and 17 September, or on either of these days. You will receive a Zoom link in advance of the conference. The event is free-of-charge.

The symposium is meant to be a collegial event in which everybody’s participation is welcome.  To foster such a collegial atmosphere on Zoom, we encourage everyone to turn on their video while attending the conference.  Because authors and discussants do not have much time for their presentation, we also encourage participants to use the Q&A and chat windows to share their thoughts about the papers while they are presenting.  We have also allocated some time to questions following each discussion.

Finally, please note that all the sessions will be recorded.  As the symposium is an academic conference, all participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner befitting the nature of the event.  In particular, the organizers reserve the right to remove any individual from the online symposium without warning if they are considered to behave in a way that is inappropriate for the event.
