Cambridge Finance is an umbrella organization, bringing together University centers working on finance-related research.

Cambridge Finance

Founded in 2006 Cambridge Finance brings together the various research centers in finance within the University of Cambridge. The aim is to secure a research community of the highest international standard and reputation.

The research interests range widely, covering topics such as regulation and the macroeconomics of markets, asset allocation and risk management, derivative pricing, econometrics, microstructure modeling, liquidity and interaction effects, and finance law.

Cambridge Finance hold international conferences, regular seminars and weekly workshops, all designed to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and promote cross-disciplinary working. 

In addition, Cambridge Finance has offered an annual award for the best student paper in finance each year since 2007.
